Refund/return policy

We accept return and exchange requests within a reasonable scope. Please contact us within 7 days after receiving the goods,

Refund/Exchange Policy:
 • Product damage
 • Sent the wrong style/color
 • Serious quality issues
 • Quantity discrepancy

Please provide:
 • Order number
 • Photos/videos of the problematic product
We will provide a refund or reshipment upon confirmation.
Non-refundable conditions:
 • Normal wear and tear
 • The customer doesn't like or find it unsuitable due to personal reasons
 • Used product
 • Clearance items at low prices
 • Wholesale orders are non-returnable except for quality issues. If there is indeed a quality issue, we support returns or exchanges up to 10% of the order amount. The international shipping fees for returns are to be paid by the customer in advance, with us bearing 70% of the cost.

If after-sales service is required for wholesale orders, please communicate with us one-on-one for handling.
